Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions across 500+ devices
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Lead IT projects including system migrations and upgrades
- Mentor junior support staff and provide after-hours on-call support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows Server/Client
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
