Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve complex IT incidents across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain security protocols for company devices
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Lead IT projects including system migrations and deployments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure/O365) and endpoint management
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
