Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and security protocols
- Lead endpoint management initiatives across 500+ devices
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive solutions
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and O365
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
