Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (antivirus, encryption, MFA)
- Document SOPs, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades and migrations
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with SaaS/cloud exposure
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V and backup solutions
