Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 200+ end-users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting
- Deploy and maintain network hardware including switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for recurring issues
- Lead hardware refresh projects and lifecycle management initiatives
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct training workshops
- Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability remediation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in SCCM, Intune, and modern endpoint management
- Experience with Azure AD and hybrid cloud architectures
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible on-call rotation
