Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud service implementations
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Lead hardware refresh projects and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and service level agreements
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct skills training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications
- Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell scripting
- Proven experience with VoIP systems and network troubleshooting
- Strong documentation skills with ITIL framework knowledge
- Excellent customer service abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call support
