Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure including Azure and AWS services
- Diagnose and resolve complex system outages with minimal business disruption
- Document IT processes and create comprehensive knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and service contracts
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new software implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and endpoint management tools
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks
- Experience with VoIP systems and unified communications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
