Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Level 2-3 support for cloud services (Azure, AWS) and SaaS applications
- Lead IT projects including hardware refreshes, system migrations, and security updates
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in IT support with 2+ years in senior/lead roles
- CompTIA Network+, Security+, and Cloud+ certifications required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM)
- Strong experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven ability to diagnose complex system issues
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
