Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing system, phone, and in-person
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments for user accounts and permissions
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions including EDR and patch management
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and lifecycle management
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades and migrations
- Mentor junior support staff and provide after-hours on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex systems issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
