Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365)
- Lead hardware/software deployments including mobile device management solutions
- Develop IT documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct technical training sessions
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with hybrid environment experience
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SCCM/Intune management
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and ITIL processes
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional site visits
