Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS environments and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy, configure, and manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and MDM solutions
- Lead network security initiatives including firewall management and vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Mentor junior IT staff on troubleshooting methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Expert knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and cloud services
- Proven experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex hardware/software issues
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
