Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access controls
- Manage Active Directory environments including user provisioning and group policies
- Deploy and configure virtualization solutions (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Lead IT projects including hardware refreshes and system migrations
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices for digital security
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and enterprise networking
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python) for automation tasks
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira) and ticket management
- CCNA or Network+ certification preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
