This hybrid role combines on-site troubleshooting at our downtown Phoenix office with remote support for enterprise clients. Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, network infrastructure, and cloud services
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security solutions
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including printers, servers, and specialized industry applications
- Document solutions in ITSM systems (ServiceNow) and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service-level agreements
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices and new technology implementations
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week per month)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019) and Azure/AWS cloud services
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Experience with ITIL framework and ITSM implementation
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools (Wireshark, PRTG)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client site visits
