Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees across hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security protocols
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS environments with SCCM/JAMF integration
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Lead IT projects including office relocations and system upgrades
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficient with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical staff
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
