Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (O365, AWS)
- Implement and maintain security protocols including endpoint protection and VPN solutions
- Lead hardware/software deployment projects for new office locations
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for network hardware and software licensing
- Monitor system performance using SolarWinds and ManageEngine tools
- Train junior staff on troubleshooting methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and cloud migration
- CompTIA Security+ and ITIL v4 certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication skills with technical/non-technical stakeholders
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
