As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you will be responsible for protecting sensitive data and ensuring the integrity of our corporate infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures and controls to protect enterprise assets.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses before malicious actors do.
- Lead and coordinate incident response activities during cybersecurity breaches, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
- Monitor SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) for suspicious activity and perform real-time threat hunting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Information Security, Network Security, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, SANS GSEC, or Security+ are strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud security principles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and tool development.
- Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
