Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead forensics investigations into security breaches and data loss incidents.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols, and operating systems.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python/Bash) for automation.
