Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize end-to-end Generative AI pipelines for high-scale production environments.
- Develop and fine-tune proprietary LLMs to enhance domain-specific accuracy and safety.
- Design robust evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure model performance and hallucination rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Security) to integrate AI agents into core software ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of our AI roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with a focus on NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM safety protocols.
