Responsibilities
- Architect and implement full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Optimize application performance through advanced caching strategies and database tuning
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure delivery excellence
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to drive continuous product improvements
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and contribute to our innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
- Strong experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Python/Django) and RESTful APIs
- Deep knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced agile environments
