Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces and optimize user journeys
- Architect scalable backend solutions with RESTful APIs and cloud deployment strategies
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement robust testing protocols including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Optimize application performance and security protocols for enterprise clients

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expert proficiency in React, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SCSS)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and API integration best practices
