Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business questions, then design and execute comprehensive data analysis plans.
- Dashboard Development: Build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Data Modeling: Design and maintain scalable data models and schemas to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the organization.
- Automated Reporting: Develop automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual workload and provide real-time business intelligence to leadership.
- Data Governance: Enforce best practices for data quality, security, and documentation to ensure reliable reporting.
- Insight Delivery: Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership, influencing strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze large, complex datasets and distill them into clear, actionable business insights.
