Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy for weekend reporting cycles.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and KPIs specific to weekend operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Visualization: Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize data trends for stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to assist management in weekend resource allocation and inventory planning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data insights in a clear, actionable manner to non-technical team members and leadership.
- Database Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and optimization of internal databases to ensure seamless weekend access.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
