Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and operational inefficiencies.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast future trends and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Document data processes and create training materials for junior analysts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
