Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast trends and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, analytical processes, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets and complex analysis.
