Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines for business intelligence solutions
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
