Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights: Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel to clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support business decisions.
- Visualize findings: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate trends and KPIs to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive process improvement: Identify trends and inefficiencies within our data pipelines and recommend strategic solutions to optimize performance.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity: Monitor data quality and accuracy to maintain high standards for reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to think critically and solve complex problems using data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
