Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL, Python, and R to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI for executive reporting.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Perform statistical modeling and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
