Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Gather, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform statistical analysis to support business forecasting and risk assessment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose data-driven strategies for operational improvement.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive valid conclusions.
