Responsibilities
- Drive Analytics Strategy: Partner with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop analytical roadmaps.
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize complex datasets and track business performance in real-time.
- Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights from large, messy datasets.
- Automated Reporting: Build and optimize ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations for executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- A/B Testing: Design and analyze experiments to validate product changes and optimize user engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization Tools: Expert-level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive insights from unstructured data.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through data storytelling.
