Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data into structured datasets suitable for analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Present data-driven insights and complex findings to executive leadership and non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
- Automate routine reporting processes and scripts to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new analytical tools, and data visualization techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and scripting is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about data quality and logic.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
