Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, transform, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality data integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights that align with company goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current reporting processes and propose automated solutions to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
- Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling visual narratives for stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights from noise.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
