Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate business questions into analytical hypotheses.
- Present data-driven findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate business assumptions and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
