Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Data Analyst to join our high-growth team based in Fresno, CA. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being anchored to our operations in the Central Valley.
As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic business decisions. You will own the data lifecycle, from collection and cleaning to visualization and reporting. If you have a passion for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and experience with modern BI tools, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to solve complex business problems.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, collect data, and perform statistical analyses.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to drive operational improvements.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure data security compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
