Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to track key business metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and report on system performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain data documentation and ensure data governance best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Experience creating visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
