Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Generate accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automation solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-discipline.
