Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data warehousing.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and exploratory data analysis to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business insights.
