Responsibilities
- Data Transformation: Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Visualization: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Insight Generation: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends and business opportunities.
- Reporting: Produce high-level monthly and quarterly reports that translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automated solutions to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and support go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and data visualization best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
