The Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between our technical data infrastructure and business stakeholders. You will uncover hidden trends, build robust reporting frameworks, and provide the insights necessary for our leadership team to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analyses on complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards.
- Create automated reporting pipelines to streamline weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to support product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
