Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency through rigorous cleaning processes.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large data sets.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and visual reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence: Translate technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations that drive revenue and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
