Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Design and automate data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings through compelling data storytelling and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize business strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/Redshift)
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Strong Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
