Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Design and optimize complex database schemas and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling to solve business problems and forecast future trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automation solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and cloud data warehousing (Snowflake/BigQuery).
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
