Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Integrity: Own the end-to-end data collection and cleaning process to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and visualize trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Reporting: Produce regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses that drive decision-making and optimize business processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for automation and process optimization within our existing data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
