Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and report on business metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting systems and databases.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to maintain knowledge continuity.
- Present findings and insights to management and technical teams in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a night shift setting.
