Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement in real-time.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to translate business requirements into technical data models.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Generate comprehensive reports and actionable insights for executive leadership and operational managers.
- Optimize ETL pipelines and automate manual reporting tasks to increase efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for data-related inquiries within the night shift operations team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and familiarity with Python or R.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
