Key Responsibilities:

- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop regular reports and executive summaries that guide business decisions and strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs.
- SQL Optimization: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract necessary data efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excel: Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
