Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
