Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate product performance and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large-scale data from various sources.
- Communicate actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and ETL processes is a plus.
