Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement across the organization.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to support executive decision-making.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources including databases and APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting methodologies.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to forecast trends and assess the impact of business decisions.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components.
- Superb communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
