Responsibilities
- Strategic Data Analysis: Design and execute complex analyses to drive business strategy, optimizing revenue streams and operational efficiency.
- Advanced Visualization: Build interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to provide real-time insights to executive leadership.
- Product Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align data initiatives with broader business goals and product roadmaps.
- Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization.
- Executive Communication: Present data-driven recommendations and compelling storytelling presentations to C-level executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery).
- Tools: Strong command of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
