Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business units to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- SQL & ETL: Write complex SQL queries and assist in the optimization of ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to maintain high standards of data integrity and hygiene.
- Strategic Insights: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R. Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
